Betty Rae DeFelice of Westland, Michigan. Born October 30, 1927. Went home to be with the Lord January 13, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Rev. Paul J. Dippolito and Anthony DeFelice. Loving mother of Raette (Garry) Layman, Paul (Sonia) and Dean (Catherine) Dippolito. Stepmother of Tony (Linda), Dennis (Lisa) and Mitchell (Christine) DeFelice. Loving grandmother of Garrett, Amy, Autumn, Andrea, Paul Edward, Scotty, Desiree, Deidre, Delaney, Antonio, Dominic and Julia Grace. Loving great grandmother of Anthony Paul, Anika, Mabree Mae, Daxton Dean, Lila and Mia. Betty was a faithful servant of God's church in many capacities during her life. She was a tireless volunteer. Worked as Head of Huntington West Virginia Adult Literacy Program. Was employed by her local church as Single Point Ministries Coordinator. Served 8 years as a conference officer and 2 years as a district president in Huntington. Betty is preceded in death by her twin bother, Robert Bradford of Maine. Betty was a long time member of Newburg United Methodist Church in Livonia. A private family memorial gathering will be held at a future date. Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the Newburg United Methodist Memorial Fund. Please share a memory of Betty on her tribute wall.
