Barbara Burk Shaver

Barbara Burk Shaver, 79, of Livonia, passed away peacefully on October 11, 2024. For the last two years, Barbara lived in Miami with her son Brian.

Beloved wife of the late William Shaver.  Loving mother of Brian Burk and the late Elizabeth Ferarra.  Daughter of the late Charlotte and Leonard Buckley.

Barbara enjoyed a long career in the corporate insurance world. Outside of work, Barbara was a health enthusiast and avid reader. She also enjoyed taking long walks and enjoying nature.

A visitation will be held at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd., Livonia, Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 1:00 PM until her Memorial Service at 4:00 PM.
