Barbara Lillian “Barb” Noe Age 87 formerly of Garden City, MI. and of West Palm Beach, FL. passed away peacefully at The Manor of Farmington Hills, Farmington Hills, MI on January 14,2021. Beloved wife of late Charles C. “Charlie” for 43 years. Loving mother of Linda (Mike) Peters, Charles Greg Noe, Donald Drake, David (Karen) Drake, Cheryl (Tom) Nigg, Pamela (Gary) Ruiz and the late dearest Glen (Jackie) Noe. Beloved sister to MaryAnne Coats and sister in law to Carolyn McMillan. Cherished grandmother of 18, great-grandmother of 24. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends. Preceded in death by Donald G. Drake, parents Thomas and Lillian McMillian, brother Tom McMillan, sister Gilda Lapere. Barbara was born in River Rouge, MI on June 14, 1933. She was the matriarch of our family. Barbara worked in the pharmacy at Dumas Drugs, Burke’s Drugs of Garden City and later for the Harvard Drug Company in Livonia. She was a sweet and loving woman who always opened her home to family and friends. She was known as a giving soul. The family will hold a private graveside service at Grand Lawn Cemetery in Detroit.
