Algis Zaparackas

Algis Zaparackas, Age 83.  Passed away peacefully on October 16, 2023.

Beloved husband of Yolanda.  Loving step-father of Audrey Bauza, Nicole (Kevin)  Peters-Deighan and Liana Schlissel.  Cherished Grandfather of Aidan and Alexander Peters, Sophia, Sadie and Donovan.  Brother to Dr. Zibute (Dr. Paul Knepper) Zaparackas, brother-in-law of Ismena (Algis) Lefkis.

A Visitation will be held at the R.G. & G.R. Harris Funeral Home, 15451 Farmington Rd, Livonia on Sunday, October 22, 2023, from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, with a Rosary at 5:00 PM.  A Funeral Service will be held at Divine Providence Catholic Church, 25335 W. Nine Mile Rd., Southfield on Monday, October 23, 2023 at 10:00 AM.  Al will be Instate starting at 9:30 AM.   Following the Funeral Mass we will proceed in procession to the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery for his Interment.

Immediately following the Burial, the family cordially invites everyone to attend a memorial luncheon at Divine Providence Church Cultural Center.

Memorial Contributions may be directed to Lithuanian Melodies or Divine Providence Church.
