Albert Didelis

Didelis, Albert B. Age 92, August 13th, 2017 Beloved husband of Carol E. (Holycross) of 55 years, Brother of Donatas (Lithuania), and loving Uncle to his nephews and nieces. Albert fought in three armies during World War II (due to two being captured), then immigrated to the U.S. in the late 1950's where he became a carpenter. He later met and married his sweetheart, and dedicated himself to his career. After retirement, he spent the next 30 years continuing to work with and teach his trade to family and close friends. Never was there a man with a bigger heart. His generosity was freely shown to all those he met. Visitation at R.G & G.R Harris Funeral Home, Friday August 18 from 5-8pm. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, August 19 at St. Priscilla Catholic Church, 19120 Purlingbrook St, Livonia, MI 48152 at 10:30am. Family in state from 9:30 until the time of Mass.
